Shannon is a trail-blazing, forward-thinking transformative leader, & a decorated Army Veteran of 23 years. She retired in 2017, achieving the rank of Chief Warrant Officer Four. As a survivor of domestic interpersonal violence, she is an advocate against abuse and was awarded Voice of the Voiceless in 2021. Shannon equips, edifies, exhorts, and empowers others to break the chains of abuse. She formed Chain Breaker University (CBU) in 2022 to help transform voiceless victims into well-trained women of warfare. CBU helps Chain Breakers walk into their God-given purpose by addressing & breaking generational curses, chains, and cycles.

She is an award-winning speaker & coach; two-time Amazon best-selling author, clothing, & product line creator. Shannon has appeared on numerous platforms and is sought out for her biblical and practical methodologies on narcissism, recovery, and healing. Shannon is also a licensed Texas realtor. Sholds an undergraduate degree in Information Technology Management with an emphasis in Project Management. Shannon is married to Solomon Savoy, MBA, and has two children, daughter Amari & son Jadon. They reside in Houston, TX.
