Dr. Rochelle Atkins is a native of Memphis, Tennessee with over 20 years of leadership and business experience. She is the founder of Atkins Leadership Collaborative (ALC)- a woman-owned boutique executive coaching and consulting business designed to help individuals and organizations “reset” for greater well-being and gain the transformational tools to overcome obstacles and achieve maximized impact and productivity. She also serves as a senior faculty member of Human Capital Institute, LLC (HCI)- a premier HR training organization. She is an Executive Board Member of Intimate Altars- a mental health advocacy non-profit, serves on the board of Project Management- Memphis (Vice-President of Professional Development), and also served in various leadership roles within the public, private, and academic sectors. Dr. Atkins holds a Bachelor of Arts- in Sociology (University of Memphis -1993), a Master of Psychology- Industrial Organizational Psychology (Northcentral University- 2016), and a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree (Strategic Foresight) from the School of Business and Leadership (Regent University- May 2022). She is a graduate of C.A.P.P. (The Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute – 2012). She also possesses a Certification of Advanced Graduate Studies in Strategic Leadership (Regent University- March 2020) and a Certificate in Women Leadership Development (The University of Oxford- Said School of Business -United Kingdom-2021). She has additional coaching and psychometric assessment certifications as well. Dr. Atkins is an Amazon best-selling co-author, leadership curriculum designer, keynote speaker, skilled facilitator, and content creator.
